"I have house insurance with State Farm by Andy Kansola. Personal & business from 5 years and they rubbing me & mass my policy. I got accident in my house basement and State Farm search about the reason of accident and believe or not they didn't cover most of the reason, when I was start my policy they said we covers your house with ($$$) and they didn't said any about reasons that they cover it and simply they just (rubbing me & mass my policy). I been calling them today and asked about my policy book and they don't want to print it to me they said because you are under a claim State Farm will send it by mail with no track number also they are Not professional at all with answer questions about the website of State Farm They deserve if anything below 1 star. Make sure you discuss and cover all REASONS for any accident before you start your policy."

"The team member that did my policy was fantastic. He was very nice and he even offered me cookies. The cookies were fine and everything but I had to put them in the microwave to get the best taste but it was fine. Overall the agency is clean and organized and always takes care of my insurance need. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ 🌟. The only thing is I was trying to park my car and there was no space.
